Article 1
Purpose
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions of use and the rules for the operation of services provided by "PicknRun" (the "Company").

Article 2
Definitions
The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
① "Service" means all features provided on the Company’s web and mobile platforms, including event creation, participation, and settlement.
② "User" means both members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
③ "Member" means a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and can continuously use the Service provided by the Company.
④ "Host" means a member who creates and manages events.
⑤ "Participant" means a user who applies to participate in an event created by a Host.

Article 3
Effect and Amendment of the Terms
① These Terms become effective when the Company posts them through the Service or notifies Users via email or other means.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. When amended, the reason and effective date will be announced in advance.
③ If a User does not agree to the amended Terms, the User may stop using the Service and withdraw membership. If the User continues to use the Service after the effective date, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4
Provision of Services
① The Company provides the following services to Users:
1. Event creation and management
2. Event participation application and ticket purchase
3. Auxiliary communication features such as chat
4. Settlement and revenue distribution
② The Company may change or discontinue part or all of the Service as necessary for policy or operational reasons.

Article 5
Formation of the Service Use Agreement
① The service use agreement is formed when the User completes the membership registration procedure as prescribed by the Company.
② The Company may refuse approval or terminate the agreement afterwards for applications that fall under any of the following:
1. If applied under another person’s name
2. If false information is provided
3. If otherwise deemed inappropriate under the Company’s policies

Article 6
Member Obligations
① Members must comply with relevant laws and these Terms, and must not interfere with the Company’s business or defame the Company.
② Members must not collect, store, or disclose others’ information without authorization, or use the Service for commercial advertising or promotional activities.
③ Members are responsible for securely managing their account information, and the Company is not liable for damages caused by third-party theft or misuse of such information.

Article 7
Host’s Obligations and Responsibilities
① Hosts are responsible for the events they create and are obliged to provide accurate information and ensure smooth operation.
② If operation becomes impossible or the event is canceled, the Host must promptly notify the Company and Participants and faithfully carry out necessary measures such as refunds.
③ If the Host causes damage by violating the Terms, engaging in illegal acts, or creating fraudulent events, the Company may restrict the account or take legal action.

Article 8
Participants’ Rights and Obligations
① Participants must carefully review event information when applying and may not arbitrarily cancel participation or demand refunds.
② Participants must comply with event-related rules and announcements and must not engage in activities that harm other users.

Article 9
Restriction of Use and Withdrawal
① If a User falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice, restrict use, initiate withdrawal procedures, or delete posts:
1. Violation of the Terms
2. Illegal activities
3. Acts that undermine trust in the Service, such as identity theft or event fraud
② If a User wishes to withdraw, the User must request withdrawal according to the procedures set by the Company. After withdrawal, personal and usage information may be deleted.

Article 10
Fees and Settlement
① As consideration for operating the Service, the Company deducts a 20% service fee per ticket for paid events set by Hosts. The fee rate may be adjusted due to policy changes or separate agreements. Card processing fees are included.
② Settlement will be made within 1–3 business days after the event ends, and the amount paid to the Host is net of payment processing fees and other costs.
③ Prior to settlement, the Company may withhold or deduct settlement in cases such as illegal activity or excessive refund requests.

Article 11
Refunds and Cancellations
① Participants may request refunds according to the procedures set before the event begins, and refund eligibility follows the event notice and policies.
② Except where the Company is clearly at fault, such as event not being held or system errors, all refunds follow the Service policy.
③ In the event of disputes related to refunds, the Company may mediate based on fair standards but assumes no legal responsibility.

Article 12
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
① The Company is not liable for service interruptions or damages caused by force majeure such as network failures, natural disasters, or malicious third-party attacks.
② The Company does not intervene in disputes between Members or between Members and third parties and is not responsible for damages arising therefrom.
③ The Company is not responsible for issues arising from the fault of Hosts or Participants.

Article 13
Personal Information Protection
The Company protects Users’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and discloses details in a separate Privacy Policy.

Article 14
Interpretation and Governing Law
① These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
② Matters not specified herein shall follow relevant laws and general practices.

Article 15
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between the Company and Users related to the use of the Service, the Company will endeavor to resolve them amicably. Ultimately, actions may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
